Arkansas tax return not completing properly

I downloaded the Arkansas tax return for TurboTax 2019. The information I inputed from my W-2, credits, deductions, etc did not populate to the Arkansas return. Therefore, the Arkansas return shows no money owed or refund expected, which is clearly not correct.

If your federal return did not carry over income or withholding correctly, please click here and follow the steps under "State income or withholding didn't transfer".

If you run into this issue you will need to completely quit the TurboTax desktop application (make sure you save your file), then re-open the TurboTax desktop application and your tax file. The Arkansas tax return should then complete properly.
