I think they are saying if you are using Adobe to print and it fails to launch then use a browser like Chrome or Firefox to open the PDF instead.
Thanks.
Hopefully, the update tomorrow will make any workarounds unnecessary.
Hi,
I finally had an update today, Thursday Feb 24th, I can now see form OR 10. I cannot see the "Under Payment statement" that is usually attached to the return and the form has multiple places where it says see Stmnt. I can open the statement under "Open Forms" in Forms mode, but I cannot print it, save it as a PDF??? When I try to print it, only the OR 10 form prints, not the "Under Payment Statement".
Prior to the update today, the statement showed at the bottom of the form but it was not readable, now it's gone??
Is anyone else having this problem??
If one of the Turbo Tax employees is watching/reading, please advise.
Thanks

OK,
The Oregon update today now allows me to print the Oregon return. I didn't take a look at any Under Payment Statement since it doesn't apply to my situation. That others having issue with. I only owe a small amount. But I do see an issue. The PO box for mailing that is on the first page of the printed return; the TT cover page, is not listed as any of the four options that are shown on the "new" OR-40 form that printed. Guessing the ones on the OR-40 are correct since it is newly updated.
