My NY State taxable income is not correct. I have lived in two states and it i taxing me for both. It will not et me reallocate my income.

New York will use your total annual income to determine your tax rate, and then will apply that tax rate to your New York income only.  People sometimes think NY is taxing all their income, when in fact it isn't.
