if a truck driver got a w2 from oregon that shows Oregon taxes held but he is an interstate truck driver how do i file his taxes
The taxation of an interstate truck driver depends on whether they are an Oregon resident. Oregon residents are taxed on income earned everywhere.
If the truck driver does not live in Oregon but has “regularly assigned duties in more than one state,” you can file a nonresident Oregon return and claim a refund on taxes withheld.
