Check the printout or PDF of your return, and look for the State filing instruction sheet with the Turbotax logo.  If you owe tax, it will show the payment information and how/when you decided to pay.
Read the state payment instructions carefully, since most states cannot be paid from within the TT system, and thus require additional steps.

When you go to file the return, Turbo Tax will ask you how you want to pay the taxes due. You can put your bank information on the return and they will pull the funds, you can print a payment voucher and mail in a check, or you can pay online https://www.individual.tax.virginia.gov/VTOL/QuickpayLogin.seam.

Hello.  I was given the option to pay my Virginia State Tax Return online.  I entered in all of my information and it said it was being processed.  Turbo Tax should send a receipt that shows the State taxes were paid via credit card.  This is a huge problem with Turbo Tax!!!  When I go back to my return to confirm both Fed and State were paid, I see nothing except that my return was accepted.

Same here, date I have to pay taxes has past, and no email or a way to follow up via turbo tax site.

I am having the same problem, I owe Virginia money however nothing has been deducted from my account yet.  My federal was already deducted.

I gave my bank information to TurboTax, should that not be enough?  If I do what you said I may overpay and it may take awhile for it to get sorted out.
