You have to look at your actual W2s. Do you still have your copies?

If you filed a joint return the income for each spouse is not shown on the Form 1040--the income is combined. on the tax return form. You were supposed to save your own W-2's for your personal records. If you need to know each spouse's income then you will need to look at your own W-2's or 1099's or look for the income worksheets in the pdf of your return to see what you entered.
