completing the state returns

I have paid for and downloaded 2 states---Kansas and Arizona--But can not access to complete the returns--the program just recycles back to buying returns and shows that they were purchased and 

back again to trying to complete and can not access and circles back again and again-  ???

Have you rebooted your computer since downloading the state programs?

Are you using Windows or Mac OS?  If Windows, is this the loop you are in?
