Why doesn't my $10 credit, from $69 for Delux, to $52 for Delux, show up on my turbotax order summary?

When I started my personal income tax return with Turbotax, it showed that I would receive a $10 credit at the end of my order. Now that I've compeleted my income tax and reviewing my turbo tax order summary the fee remains at $69, without any note of the promised $10 credit?

Where did you get the $10 credit?  Did you buy Turbo Tax at Costco or Sam's?  They have a special $10 rebate.  But you can't apply it to the Online version.
