What kind of 1099? 1099Misc, 1099R, 1099B, etc. And what do you need? Turbo Tax doesn't have copies of your W2 or 1099. Do you need to know where to enter a 1099?
Where does the information get stored if turbo tax does not keep it?
You are supposed to save your own tax documents like your W-2's and 1099's. They are not stored online with your tax return. As already stated, there are a lot of different kinds of 1099's, mostly issued by various financial institutions. If you lost them/discarded them, you can ask for copies from the institutions that originally issued them--like your bank, brokerage, IRA custodian, etc.
If someone issued a 1099Misc for work you performed as an independent contractor then ask them for another copy.
You can also request a Wage and Income transcript from the IRS.

I NEED A COPY OF MY W-2 (or 1099)
TurboTax does not have a copy of your W-2—the Wage & Tax Statement—issued to you by your employer, (nor does TurboTax have copies of your 1099’s). You should always save those documents for your own records. You could ask the employer(s) for copies or you can get a copy from Social Security (for a fee of $86).
If you saved a pdf of your completed tax return, the worksheets will show the W-2 information you entered, but not the actual W-2.
To get a copy of a W-2 from Social Security https://faq.ssa.gov/en-us/Topic/article/KA-02501
You can get a wage and income transcript from the IRS: It will not show the actual W-2, 1099’s, etc, but will show the income information the IRS received.

Were I can found my 1099 form ? 2019
Ask the issuer for another copy. What kind of 1099? There are like 2 dozen kinds.
TurboTax does not have copies of your 1099's from earlier years, nor can TT obtain them for you. If you entered some sort of 1099 when you prepared a tax return then the information is in the worksheets that are part of the pdf of your tax return, but there is not a copy or image of the actual 1099.
You do not say what kind of 1099 information you entered or that you are looking for. There are over a dozen kinds of 1099's. A 1099NEC is typically issued by an individual or business for whom you performed work as an independent contractor, so seek a copy from them if you did not save yours. Many of the other types of 1099's are issued by banks, brokerages and other financial institutions from which you can seek copies.
