I received a late 1099-S?

I received a late 1099-S from my title company.  I already filed my taxes and reported the sale of my home at the correct amount at that time.   Do I need to refile showing that I received a particular 1099-S even though I entered the correct dollar amount?

You don't have to file again if you reported the exact amount showing on the 1099-S form.

If you reported a different amount, you will have to wait until you receive your refund-if any, then file and amendment.

I @fanfare disagree with the answer of turbotaxperson.   it is up to the taxpayer to file the correct numbers, which you say you did
