The ATM withdrawal limits should have been disclosed to you in the disclosure agreements you had to sign.

So i found out that you can pull a maximum amount of $3,000 from an ATM in a month. I did $2,000 one day and $1,000 the next day. And you can get $3,000 from any bank teller, I'm pretty sure also in a month.

The card that came in the mail was attached to some information about how to use the card including how to use it ... there should have been instructions on how to activate the card and the website to use to access your card agreement ... if you did not keep the contact info and it is not on the back of the card ...

Every bank that I have tried to go to declined my card for a cash withdrawal so I call customer service and I just got off the phone with customer service they are the dumbest people that I have ever spoke to in my life I was told that I can only spend $3,000 a month off of my card keep in mind this is MY MONEY!!!! Never in my life have I been told how and when to spend my money these people are so full of s*** whatever you do do not load your money onto the TurboTax Intuit card!!!!
Although the customer service is not well, they have a strict script to answer anything you ask, and required to use what tools turbo has provided for them, so don't expect much professional Q&As. our turbo cards are required to take out a certain amount incase of theft. That way, they can't take everything. Also it's a help tool. To help manage your money. Taking out more than $3000 would be questionable, considering that everything that we mainly pay for in this generation is electronic/virtual. Understand that this is why they have terms, conditions, and agreements, with that speaking, you agreed to these terms when you accepted this account.
Using the Intuit card can withdraw up to a maximum of $3,000 per day. This limit is for security purposes. You can also use the card for Online Bill Pay or SendMoney to transfer money to other people.

This is not correct. I pulled $2000 off at the ATM at the beginning of the month and a used the remaining amountThrough Visa and debit transactions today my stimulus arrived I go into a bank to a teller and the teller goes to withdraw half of what the funds are available and it says it was declined did not give a reason just said it was declined. Spoke with Turbo tax in the said it was because the amount was too high I only have a $1000 cash left for the month. So here I sit unable to pay rent thanks turbo tax for holding my money hostage!

I'm a fellow user and don't work for TurboTax or the Turbo Visa Debit Card. If you are referring to the Turbo Visa Debit Card, you can view the Cardholder Agreement here:
https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/legal-info
On page 3 of the Cardholder Agreement, in the topic "Limits On the Use of Your Card", it looks like the limit for cash withdrawals at ATMs or in-person teller withdrawals is $3,000 per month, "unless otherwise indicated."
