This is not correct. I pulled $2000 off at the ATM at the beginning of the month and a used the remaining amountThrough Visa and debit transactions today my stimulus arrived I go into a bank to a teller and the teller goes to withdraw half of what the funds are available and it says it was declined did not give a reason just said it was declined. Spoke with Turbo tax in the said it was because the amount was too high I only have a $1000 cash left for the month. So here I sit unable to pay rent thanks turbo tax for holding my money hostage!
