Where do i put the amount "Federal Income tax withheld" (Box 4) from my 1099-DIV form?

When entering the Form 1099-DIV in the TurboTax program, check the box labeled My form has info in other boxes

Be sure to click the box on the 1099-DIV screen that says "My form has info in more than just these boxes" and enter the amount from Box 4.
