When does the form 8919E available for withdrawal of funds from 401k without penalty?

DoninGA correctly points out that 8915-E is not available at this time from the IRS availability table. .I incorrectly stated this in the beginning as I misread the table. At this time, there is no IRS release date but Please sign-up here and we will email you once the form is live.

@DaveF1006 will the form be available on 2/18?? Also, will they let the clients know when its available or we got to recheck ourselves??
