The IRS says I failed to include a 1099-r for one IRA withdrawal. Turbo Tax doesn't list each 1099-R form on PDF. How do I get that information?

There will be a Form 1099-R worksheet for each 1099-R that you entered when using Print Center and the option for all worksheets.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

This will take you back to the 2020 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

For what year?  2020?  Maybe it showed up on the wrong line 4 or 5.  IRA should be on line 4.  Or maybe you got the wrong taxable amount on line 4b?
