I’m working on the state of Virginia.
I'm getting the same error too and I'm also in Virginia so this must be an issue and I'm pissed because I already paid turbo tax and so can't clear and start over.
I am getting the same message as well in VA. I need help to figure out how to get rid of it
Obviously there has to be some glitch in their software since its only Va residents that its affecting. I'm about to take the hit for the fees and go to H and R Block so I can efile since Intuit won't address this issue.
I’ve been trying sporadically throughout the weekend and was finally able to e-file today. I submitted feedback as “software issue” after I didn’t find a solution here in the community. Hopefully it’s fixed for everyone by now!
