I am entering a 1099 in my name and my spouse works for the same place(has w-2) and it keeps saying it looks like you are entering your spouses info. Wants his nam

Be sure you are entering the 1099 in the 1099 section and the w-2 in the w-2 section. You can also try deleting the w-2 and entering the 1099 first then re-adding the w-2. If that does not work, you may also have to delete both forms, log out of the program, clear your cache and cookies, and log back in and re-add both forms.
