How do I see the date I set for automatic withdrawal for my taxes I owe?

You can use the steps here below to help you find your tax payment date and banking information or how you chose to pay, on your return.

  • Log into your account and click on My TurboTax (or Taxes) at the top
  • If the drop down appears, choose My Tax Timeline (if it doesn’t appear when you click, it may have taken you directly to the page once you clicked My TurboTax.
  • Scroll down to section Some Things You Can Do
  • Click on Download all forms and worksheets
  • On the return, Part V of the Federal Information Worksheet will have your auto debit date and bank account info
  • And Part VI on the State Information Worksheet will have your state auto debit date and bank account info for that payment

And if you chose to have them withdraw from your bank account, generally, the funds are withdrawn on the payment date you specified if your return has been accepted. If you still don't see the debit 7-10 days after your return has been accepted and your specified date, you will need to call the IRS e-file Payment Services at 1-888-353-4537, if this is a federal tax payment you owe. If you didn't specify a date, then April 18th is the default payment date.

Or contact your state tax agency, if you owe a state payment. You can go here https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1901670 and choose your state and it will take you to their contact page with phone numbers to reach them.

I don't see the worksheet in downloaded tax forms.

How do I see the date I set for automatic withdrawal for my taxes I owe?

Here's an alternate way to print by opening the filed return back up to print at the Print Center, where you can also get the worksheets.

Log in and at the Tax Home or in the section Your Tax Returns & Documents for 2020, look for a link Add a State.  Click on Add a State.  (you don't really add one.  That's just to open your return back up.)

After the return is open, click in the left menu column on TAX TOOLS, then PRINT CENTER.

Then choose Print, save, view this year's return.

The next screen should offer some options:  Just my tax returns or include government worksheets (optional), or include government and TurboTax worksheets (optional.)

I NEVER ASKED THAT QUESTION!

I ASKED A TOTALY DIFFERENT QUESTION AND THE TECH ON YOUR END WAS NOT ABLE TO EVER GIVE ME AN ANSWER ONLY THE PHONE NUMBER TO THE IRS.

YOUR SOFT WARE FOR THIS 2020 FILING YEAR HAS A GLITCH AND FOR $187.69 PAID ALL, ALL QUESTIONS SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE ANSWERED WITH SOMETHING OTHER THAN THE PHONE NUMBER FOR THE IRS.

I WANTED TO KNOW WHAT TYPE OF ACCOUNT THE IRS PAYMENTS WOULD BE TAKEN FROM CHECKING OR SAVINGS.

On the return neither box was checked and that was not an issue until after i went searching for the answer.

I would like some type of refund for the fees paid to Turbo tax in the amount of $187.69.

This is a simple SR 1040 form.

I'm pretty sure you will not respond to this request, but be assured I will not just go away I will contact you all every day and night.

Paid way to much money to be given the IRS phone number for an answer to a question that is part of the service you provide not the IRS.

The funds will be attempted to be withdrawn before the IRS will answer the phone.

We have been Turbo tax users/customers for more than a decade and have never been discarded like this before. Maybe its a sign of the times.

@Gunny2   Sorry but this is just the public user forum.  This is the first and only post you have posted here.  We don't know anything about your call.  Seems like you are waiting for a IRS refund and maybe a Turbo Tax refund?  When you filled out the Contract screen you should type in BILLING ISSUE instead of Refund or they will just give you the IRS number.

About the fees, Turbo Tax says......

We understand that these are unprecedented times and we’re committed to helping our customers who are experiencing hardships. If you’re in need of assistance, call us by the Tuesday prior to your debit date at 1-888-808-1723 to speak with a trained specialist and mention “auto-debit”, or visit TurboTax Support.

Sounds like the IRS is taking too long to send your refund or reduced it. See What if the IRS reduces your refund or delays it.

Then when the IRS does send your refund they won't take the fees out again.

And, Why you got charged,
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/charges-and-fees/help/why-was-my-bank-account-auto-debited-for-tur...

You should have received about 4 emails asking for the fees. If you don't pay they will debit your account. You had to agree to it.
