when will update for entering retirement income be available

this is really the worst customer service I have ever seen in my 80 years

If you received pension income, you should have received a Form 1099-R (Distributions from Pensions).

To enter Form 1099-R in TurboTax Online, go to the 1099-R section in Wages & Income.

To enter Form 1099-R in TurboTax Desktop, go to Personal Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>Form 1099-R.
