You are in the wrong place. There is no payer to enter.

Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.

If you are trying to enter your social security income form Form SSA-1099 you can use the following instruction:
