That is perfectly ok that your form 1099-G does not match the input screen. Try matching the information on your form to the description of the boxes on the TurboTax screen. The format for reporting unemployment compensation is not consistent from state to state and the information may not match the TurboTax screen exactly.
The important thing to note regarding boxes 10a, 10b, and 11 is that since you did have state taxes withheld, then be sure to fill in all three of these boxes. Enter the amount of state taxes that were withheld in box 11 on the TurboTax screen. Use the dropdown selection to fill in box 10a with your state name. Enter the Federal ID number (or Federal TIN) from your form for box 10b if there is no state ID number included with your information.

This information was very helpful, but this information should be available on the turbotax website when we are filing. There is a "?" option and the pop up said "No content is available". This answer should be posted right there when we click the "?", or at the very least, there should be a link that is displayed in the answer box that we can select that will take us to the page that answers this question.
So I presume the Claimant ID (state issued ID number) is the correct number for box 10b?
