Does Illinois offer Copy A (boxes) online instead of Copy B (no boxes) for the 1099-G?

In Illinois, they claim the 1099-G forms are online.  This is true, but isn't the correct page to fill out the federal income section.  It doesn't contain boxes (e.g. box 7, 10a, 10b).  It only has dollar figures and does not list the state ID
