I HAVE BEEN TAKING MONEY FROM THE FIDELITY ACCOUNT BUT AM CONCERNED THAT VOYA IN NOT PRODUCING A 1099 R. MY EX EMPLOYER ENDED THE RELATIONSHIP WITH VOYA 4 YEARS AGO AND ALL ACCOUNTS WERE FROZEN WITH ANNUAL PAYOUTS.HOW DO i HANDLE THIS WITH THE IRS?

Do you get a 1099R from Fidelity? Is the Voya account a 401K or what kind of account? If they are doing a direct transfer to fidelity you probably don’t need a 1099R from Voyager.
The RMD for a 403(b) account can be aggregated with those of other 403(b) accounts, but not with IRAs.
