Public Loan Forgiveness for California

How do I list Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) for the state of California? (not taxable by the federal govt) This is for PSLF for working in public service (county, state, federal government for 10+ years).

    According to this Turbo Tax source written by KrisD15, PSLF's are not taxed in the State of California.
