On the 1099-G it is asking for information from boxes 10 and 11. There is not boxes 10 or 11. The form stops at 8. So What do I put in for these?

The TurboTax Form 1099-G boxes 10, 10b and 11 are for state taxes withheld from the income reported on the 1099-G.

If your form does not have state taxes withheld, then leave boxes 10, 10b and 11 blank.

If you didn't have any state taxes withheld then leave the fields blank.
