You need to delete the W-2 that transferred from last year. Enter W-2 in the Find window on the upper right, hit enter, then click on the Jump To that appears. Go through to the summary screen and delete the W-2

To enter, edit or delete a form 1099-R -
Or enter 1099-r in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1099-R

If you’re on the Hi TurboTax Client, let's keep working on your taxes! screen, click the Pick up where you left off button
Click Federal in the left pane, if you’re not already there
Click Income & Expenses in the banner
Scroll down and click Show more to the right of Retirement Plans and Social Security
Click Start to the right of IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)
Answer Yes on the Did you get a 1099-R in 2021? page
Click Continue on the Get ready to be impressed page
To enter Form 1099-R yourself, click Change how I enter my form. Otherwise, download your form as instructed
Click Type it in myself on the How do you want to enter your 1099‑R? page, if you so choose
On the Who gave you a 1099-R? page, choose Office of Personnel Management (CSA 1099-R) and Continue
Enter all relevant information on the subsequent screens
