Did I file my 1099 on here?

Did you get a 1099R for a pension or IRA or 401K, etc?  Check your 1040 lines 4 and 5.  4a/5a should be the gross amount and 4b/5b is the taxable amount.  It is ok for the "a" line to be less then the taxable amount on the "b" line.
