Military w-2 entered, continues to ask for it

You may simply have not coded your W-2 as active duty wages.

To code your military W-2 as active duty income:

• Once in your return, click on Federal Taxes tab and choose Wages & Income
• Click Edit next to your military W-2 
• Click Continue on the W-2 entry screen to get to the screen titled "Do any of these uncommon situations apply to this W-2?
• Click the box to the left of Active duty military (see screen shot below)

If that doesn't work, the next step is to delete your W-2 and re-enter:

• Click Federal Taxes tab then Wages & Income tab
• Click Add/Edit next to military W-2
• Click trash can icon next to W-2

I had to delete and re-enter and that fixed it.  I think it has to do with importing info from previous year.

I have checked the box, deleted the W2 and reentered it and still asking me to enter a military W2

Did anyone find a resolution to this? I followed the directions from a previous post and deleted the W-2 that was there and reentered it. I have made sure that the Active Military box is checked and I'm still getting the error.

Can anyone help?

You followed the correct troubleshooting tips. You may need to log out and restart your computer, then log back in, or try another browser. You may also need to clear your cache and cookies.
