You need Online Premium to enter rentals.  Or any of the Desktop programs.  All Desktop programs have the same forms.  You get more program help in the higher versions.

If you are using the TurboTax online web-based editions you will need the Premium online edition for entering income and expenses for a rental property on Schedule E.
