got a single 1099-K form for two rental payments I received from apartments.com (costar). I entered two 1099-K with the same payer info and allocated exact payment amount I received for each rental property. Total amount of the two 1099-K entries equals to amount I received on 1099-K from apartments.com.
Is this how I should handle? Or somehow, they can send me multiple 1099-K tied to each rental?

You handled everything just fine since the total income you are reporting matches the total income shown on the Form 1099-K.
Since you are a single entity being paid by a single entity, it does make sense that you would only receive a single Form 1099-K reporting all of your income from the same source. You should continue to maintain your own records to be able to divide the income among your properties.
