I am a tennessee resident. If I have dividends (cds), interest income (bank accounts) and capital gains (mutual funds) am i required to file tennessee state tax form?

i have no other deductions on my federal return.

Tennessee no longer has a personal income tax nor does it tax interest and dividends. A Tennessee state tax return is no longer required to be filed.

The Hall Income tax (the TN tax on interest and dividends) was repealed for tax periods that begin on January 1, 2021, or later.
