How does TT handle the sale of two rental properties and the purchase of one property.

When I click on the linking of a property to schedule e TT will only let me identify one property in the link.

It does not handle this situation very well, quite frankly. Actually, you will most likely have to complete virtually the entire Form 8824 in Forms Mode (assuming you are using a desktop version of TurboTax). 

Officially, TurboTax does not really support multi-asset exchanges but you can try contacting Support (link below) during regular business hours. If I am not mistaken, they have walked users through the process previously for this scenario.
