Call or chat with Ally and ask them that question. They should be able to tell you when the software will be integrated to import into TT.

I use Ally Invest too.
I cannot import 1099 forms from Apex Clearing having the same error message you have.
I actually called Ally invest about it last week and they said it should be ready to import by today, but apparently, it hasn't.
But according another post, Apex clearing said they gave the data to the turbotax last Saturday.
Congress has allowed a later date for these firms versus employers and the Jan 31 w2 date. The companies are expected to send it by Feb 15 and the post office has 2 weeks to deliver it. You may find it online sooner. Once you have the form, you can manually type in a summary. You can enter 4 lines and cover the entire form.

When you enter summary data only, you are required to send a copy of your 1099B to the IRS. Once you submit your electronic copy, TurboTax prints out a cover letter and instructions on where to send a copy of your 1099B.

In that case, wait patiently for them and Turbo Tax to digitally correspond. Wash sales are a pain to handle manually. If everything is imported, you will not have to mail the additional forms. Returns with investments have traditionally been March returns due to the investment firms. However, they are getting quicker. If you have a sizable refund, you may want to adjust your withholdings at work or check your total income every 3 months and make adjustments. These tools can help:
