I'm using Turbo Tax Deluxe (Desktop).  When I go to enter my Social Security Income (Form SSA-1099) for both me and my wife, it asks me if we lived abroad and I answered No for both me and my wife.  When I continue, I get a Canadian Retirement Summary screen.  I live in the United States.  When I enter "Continue", it takes me back to the Income Summary screen.   I noticed some people had this problem last year.  I've rebooted my computer.  I've signed into Turbo Tax as administrator.  I'm running Windows 11 and it is up to date and Turbo Tax is up to date.  Can anyone help me?
To clarify, if I chose to file online, I did not use an activation code?

However, there's a chance your return can't be e-filed based on your unique situation. If this happens, you'll need to print and mail your tax return.   (Emphasis added) @user17715485092
I was told by Turbo Tax Support yesterday that new form updates will come out 2/25/26

Yes, you can.  The method for computing depends on how your overtime pay is reported on your paystub.     If your overtime is all on one line, and you are paid time-and-a-half, divide the amount by 3 to compute the deductible overtime.     If the overtime premium has a separate line (and is only the half portion of the time-and-a-half) you should enter the total overtime premium as deductible overtime.     Here is an article you may find helpful: No Tax on Overtime Explained: Qualified Overtime Deduction Rules for 2025

These  conservation reserve program payments (CRPs) are taxable and depending on your specific circumstances may have to be reported on Schedule F, even though you are not operating a farm at this time. See the information here and at the IRS link. Unless the taxpayer is receiving Social Security retirement or disability benefits, CRP “annual rental payments” are includible in net income from self-employment subject to self-employment tax. Note: Payments that are for the permanent retirement of cropland base and allotment history are not includible in net income from self-employment subject to self-employment tax because they are for the sale of section 1231 property or a capital asset.  IRS CRP Payments and Self Employment Tax If you are receiving social security or disability you can report the income as follows (assumes it is not permanent retirement of the property).  Other Miscellaneous Income: Sign into your TurboTax Online account Go to Tax Home (left panel)  Wages and Income  section Scroll to  Less Common Income > Select  Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C Select Other reportable Income > Enter a description (----) and the amount If you are not receiving social security or disability at this time report it on Schedule F using the link below. What is Schedule F: Profit or Loss from Farming Select Wages and Income > Scroll to Rentals, Royalties, and Farm > Select Farm Income and Farm Rental Select 'I received agricultural payments on a 1099-MISC or 1099-G for my farm rental' as the income type Continue to enter your 1099-G completing the appropriate boxes for your income If the amount is greater than $400 there will be self employment tax calculated and included on your tax return. Please update if you have additional questions and we will help.   @DisgruntledTAXpayer

Sorry--you misunderstood.   The license code is for the desktop download software that must be used on a full PC or Mac in order to have the five federal e-files.    You cannot pay for online TurboTax using that code.   When you use online TurboTax you get one return per fee, and pay separate fees for federal and state returns.

You will need to amend the tax return to add the Form 1095-A.   The Form 1040-X for amending a 2025 federal tax return is estimated to be available in TurboTax on 02/25/2026   An amended return, Form 1040-X, can only be printed and mailed to the IRS if the original tax return was not e-filed. The IRS will take up to 20 weeks or longer to process an amended tax return. Before starting to amend the tax return, wait for the tax refund to be received or the taxes due to be paid and processed by the IRS. Thank you! Yesterday I spent from 2:15pm to 6:20pm on the phone with multiple TurboTax support reps in several departments and none of them knew this. I had to refuse, HARD, paying $60 for Live Advice ("I don't need CPA advice, this is a TurboTax bug" was met by "I can't come to that conclusion until it is confirmed by a CPA.") I was also told, "If TurboTax shows no errors, your return is correct." Three times, during screen share, I deleted and reentered the problematic 1099-DIV, and the 3rd time, it worked! That is crazy and frustrating!  The good thing was that I could see that I entered the 1099-DIV forms correctly and easily saw that one amount was being ignored. Today my challenge is to reconcile a $1000 discrepancy for Interest on U.S. obligations on my Georgia form. Unfortunately, I don't think there is anywhere in TurboTax that I can see what amounts it is including. When I ask for "Data source," some worksheets are mentioned but I cannot find those anywhere. I tried to address this with the last rep I spoke with, from the Resolutions Desk, but the call was disconnected and she did not call back.
