If you choose a year, what happens when you click Continue? Does this clear the error or bring up more questions?   We were unable to reproduce the experience you have seen. If you're not able to clear this page, it would be helpful for us to have a TurboTax ".tax2025" file to test this issue further.   If you would be willing to send us a “diagnostic” file that has your “numbers” but not your personal information, please follow these instructions:    In TurboTax Desktop, open your return and go to Online in the TurboTax header. (On a Mac computer, choose Share or Help.) Choose Send Tax File to Agent. You will see a message explaining what the diagnostic copy is.  Click Send on this screen and wait for the Token number to appear. Reply to this thread with a screenshot of your Token number (this avoids Community filters for numbers with a dash) and tag (@) the Expert requesting the token from you. Please include any States that are part of your return - this is VERY important. We will then be able to see the same experience you are having. If we are able to determine the cause, we'll reply here and possibly provide you with a resolution.

HR Block is showing 4562 on hold til 2/27 and someone posted in another thread that they tried switching to HRB but couldn't file with that either.  IRS released instructions on 2/11 was one reason for the latest shift for final certification.  Communication and transparency of s/w readiness should certainly be improved, but it's also been clear for a while this would be a challenging tax season.

Sounds like something got stuck. You can try these things:   Log Out Completely: Before doing anything else, click Sign Out in the TurboTax menu. Clear Cache and Cookies: This removes old, "corrupted" data that might be confusing the website. Use an Incognito (Private) Window: This is the most effective "quick fix" because it launches the browser without any saved history or extensions (like AdBlockers) that often interfere with tax forms. Check Pop-up Blockers: TurboTax often opens forms (like the 1099 PDF) or payment windows in a separate pop-up. Look at the right side of your address bar for a small icon with a "red X"—click it and select "Always allow pop-ups from Intuit." Restart the Browser: Close all open windows of your browser entirely and then reopen it.   Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.
Line 15 shows net income of 22,531. Line 16 shows a tax of 0.00. This is wrong.

Hi! So when I edit my spouse's information, "None Apply" was selected, so I did not mark my spouse as able to be claimed as a dependent.
Can you clarify your question? Are you trying to enter or download a 1099-R?

Was this a Traditional IRA when you inherited it?  Was it inherited from your spouse? If it is considered a "Non-Spouse" inherited IRA, what year was it inherited?

Since the tenant didn't give back the keys or clear out his belongings until late December, the house was technically rented or "available for rent" for the entire year. You should answer that it was rented all year because you weren't using it for yourself and it was legally occupied by a tenant until the very end. You only report the actual money you received as income, so the months he didn't pay just result in you owing less in taxes.
