There's no exact date at this time. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved in an update next week.
That would make sense but it’s almost half of the expected amount.

The net capital gains tax rate of 0% only applies if your net long-term gains exceed your net short-term losses. This means you had to have held the assets for over a year before selling to qualify for the 0% rate. If you had net positive gains on assets that you held for less then a year, then that would be a net short-term capital gain, which is taxed at your ordinary income tax rate.    See - IRS topic 409, section Capital gains tax rates TurboTax, "A Guide to the Capital Gains Tax Rate: Short-term vs. Long-term Capital Gains Taxes"

@fac1012    Sometimes, you might have some empty 1099-INT or -DIV forms that carried over from last year's taxes. Importing the forms this year, may not use those empty forms...thus the later prompts to enter something on a form that "seems" to be repeating....but is in fact a separate form, so you just doubled-up your entries.   If I'm going to import certain forms from my brokerage, I usually delete any empty forms that carried over from the prior year first   (Though, I sometimes use the carried-over forms to estimate my tax situation before the brokerage has them ready for import....but then delete whatever forms I used for estimates, before I import the real ones)

I bought this  Desktop version of Home & Business since Nov-2025, and feel like begging for every form or waiting for updates. This is so frustrating, many folks already began getting refund on other platforms. I used TaxAct for years and switched to TurboTax this time to prepare ahead with Desktop-version, but it seems like I might have made mistake by switching to Turbo now.   At least knowing, it is not "only me problem/installation" for 4562 on Desktop version is relief.

For Form 5695, in the "Residential Clean Energy Credit" (Part 1) section, I have made solar/battery upgrades for two homes this year.  In the IRS instructions, it states the following:  "If you made improvements to more than one home, list the complete address of the home with the greatest total cost in the section above Line 1. Then, attach a statement listing the additional addresses to Form 5695."   In the Windows desktop version of Turbo Tax Deluxe that I am using, it only allows me to specify one address for this "Part 1" section.  (Note, while it likely allows me to specify multiple addresses for the Part 2 "Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit" section, that's not applicable to me).   Further, I can't find any way to attach a statement to Form 5695 as the IRS suggests I need to do. Since there are likely quite a few people in this situation this year, could you simply add a question allowing us to specify some additional addresses and then auto-generate the statement needing to be attached to Form 5695?  I saw in another post that in certain areas, you can auto-generate those statements.   In the absence of this solution I'm requesting, what can I do?   Thanks
We are already half way through Feb and here's the message I get: "Depreciation and Amortization will be ready by February, but likely sooner"

I had same experience.  TurboTax tech support laid a goose egg and left me high and dry.   I tried every solution (reinstall, shut off firewall and antivirus, cleared browsing history...hours wasted.     I found the solution on a websearch....do into control panel, click uninstall a program.  Then click on the last version of Microsoft Visual C ++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64) and click "Repair."     Program immediately worked.  No thanks to tech support.

I'm having an issue where, Turbotax says I did not qualify for the Lifetime Learning Credit, but as soon as I try to file, it tells me I have to upgrade because I am earning it. The Credit is showing up as $0, yet I'm being forced to upgrade. How can this be avoided?

I entered my TSP distribution as required but do not see a question asking if it was rolled over to a traditional IRA.  TT only asks if it was rolled over to a Roth. I understand that it Wouk be taxed if it was rolled over to a Roth but how will the rollover to traditional IRA show on my return? I did not have a taxable amount in 2a.  Just wondering it the rollover will get flagged?
