It depends. If you made a direct rollover of your 401(k) to a SIMPLE IRA annuity, your Form 1099-R should show Code G in Box 7, which indicates a rollover from a qualified retirement plan to another qualified plan or IRA.
A direct rollover is a non-taxable event for Federal and state tax purposes.
Here is a TurboTax article on 401(k) rollovers.

If that is your only income and you didn’t get insurance through the Marketplace you don’t have to file.

No. A 457(b) plan does not technically qualify as a qualified retirement plan under IRS definitions. A 457(b) plan is legally classified as a non-qualified, tax-advantaged deferred compensation plan established by state and local governments or certain tax-exempt organizations.
For your 2025 tax return, your pre-tax contributions to a 457(b) plan are reported on your Form W-2 in Box 12 using Code G. If you take a distribution or make a withdrawal from the plan, that income is reported to you on Form 1099-R

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
Go to this IRS website for free transcripts of a federal tax return - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

The credit amount also doesn't appear on line 53 of What-If Worksheet (but does magically appear in the total on line 55). More evidence that TurboTax hasn't fixed things fully.

The calculations work much better when you go through the program. I tried desktop and online versions and do not see an issue with the current year.
I wonder if pulling in the prior year created some extra bit of data that is causing your issue.
Are you able to go through and answer the questions stepping through the program and have the new data hold or is it not accepting the new data?
