The IRS will take some time to process a return.
They will not take a payment or issue a refund until it is done.
Please be patient a while longer.

It's best to use a computer instead of the app if you have a lot to type. You can manually enter any of your information. Here are the instructions for a 1099-INT. Most tax forms will follow a similar path.
Here's how to enter a 1099-INT into TurboTax Online manually (replace 1099-INT with 1099-DIV etc. as necessary):
Open TurboTax Online and navigate to Wages & Income > Investments and Savings (1099-B, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-K, Crypto) > Add/Edit
Choose the button Add Investments
Under "Let's import", choose "Enter a different way."
Choose Interest, continue
Choose "Type it in myself"
Enter FEIN from payer, payer's name, and amount of interest. Choose recipient's name from dropdown box.

I have requested a FULL REFUND for TurboTax, as this SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED already. It is a lazy response for a program as widely used as this one.

If you are not getting a response and you are going to claim the interest, then you can enter the actual amount you paid. If for some reason, the IRS would send you a letter correcting it and saying you can claim a higher deduction, you will just need to let them know that it was refunded and you could not get a new 1098-E.

You can print a copy of your return, and mail it with a check. Here is how, per: How do I file my return by mail?:
"Sign in to TurboTax.
To open your return, select Continue or Pick up where you left off.
Select File in the menu.
You'll see 3 steps. Complete Steps 1 and 2 if you haven’t already, then select Start or Revisit next to Step 3.
On the We've determined the easiest way to file your taxes screen, select Change next to the return you want to file by mail, and select File by mail on the next screen. Be sure to Save.
If the File by mail option isn’t available, you probably previously selected to pay your TurboTax fees through your tax refund. To file by mail, you’ll need to instead pay with a credit or debit card. Here’s how to change your payment method from pay by refund, to pay by credit or debit card. Once you change your payment method, you'll see the File by mail option as described above. Select this and continue to the next step.
Note: You’ll need to pay any tax balance due by check when you file by mail.
Update the payment method for your TurboTax fees for all of the tax returns you wish to file by mail.
Follow the instructions to print your return(s). If you haven't already paid any outstanding TurboTax fees, you'll be prompted to do so before you can print."
