It has to go on your 2024 return, so you would need to amend your prior year return to claim the credit.
IP PINs are 6 digits - numbers only!   Not everyone has an IP PIN - If you have one and need to retrieve it, visit the official IRS Retrieve Your IP PIN page.

Sorry---clearly you are upset but your post does not explain what happened and is difficult to understand.      Did you prepare a 2024 tax return?   Did you e-file it?  Paying your fees did not file the return.    Did you go all the way through the FILE section and click a big orange button that said "Transmit my returns now?"   You had to do that in order to e-file.     And you would have received several emails.   When you e-file your return you will get two emails from TurboTax.  The first one will say your return has been transmitted; the second one will tell you the IRS has accepted  or rejected your federal e-file.  If you filed a state return, there will be a third email (usually a day or two later) that tells you if the state e-file was accepted or rejected.    What does it say in your 2024 account?  Does it show that the return was accepted?   Or does it say something else---like "rejected," "printed," or "ready to mail?”   If you discover or realize that your e-file was rejected, or just never filed, you will need to print it, sign and date it in ink, and file it by mail now, since e-filing is closed for returns for tax year 2024.     If you e-filed----what does it say now on  the IRS refund site for your 2024 return?   You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2024 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:    https://www.irs.gov/refunds
I don't want to file a state tax form only federal tax form
If you need to add an IP PIN to your return, here's How do I get my 6-digit IP PIN? @jw3780446
If you are both over 65, it should be $34,700.  You each get an extra $1,600 not $3,200.  The $3,200 would only be if you were both blind.

@pwparello , there is no bug.  Your situation could be different than the one that the original poster was asking about.  If box 2a of your Form 1099-R is nonzero, at least some portion of your rollover is taxable and adds to your AGI.  IF the amount in box 2a of the Form 1099-R contains a zero (it should not be blank; if the payer left box 2a blank, enter a zero in box 2a), the rollover is nontaxable, is not included on Form 1040 line 5b and does not add to your AGI.
Yes, that is how it works.    You can enter all of her medical costs and TurboTax automatically applies the floor calculation to determine the total deductible.

No.  Ehealth is not the same as the marketplace.  The marketplace insurance is ran by Healthcare.gov.
Hi @jonreilly66  Here is an article to get you started. If you need more time, here is how to file an extension.

I have 2 separate ones and the information I am entering matches the form exactly, but both records in TurboTax still say it needs to be reviewed

Thank you for the quick reply!!! It does help, but if I may expound without getting too personal. She spent almost $84k ($7k per month in 2025)…say her AGI is $75k for 2025, I would take 7.5% of that number and subtract that from the $84k to get the itemized amount she would claim? That number will be considerably higher than the $17,500 standard deduction turbo tax is showing. Thanks again.
