This is no longer available.
Sorry, evidently that is only available in the Canadian version of TurboTax. You will have to delete each form manually.

Yes, you are correct. The adjustment is used to remove the dividends from being taxable on your return, and there is no special form to make detailed explanations.   If the IRS does have a question, you would receive correspondence from them much later in the year. Be prepared by keeping all necessary information in your tax return files.   @syoung123
Delete the W-2 and re-enter manually to remove this error.

@analuzcardoza88 For tax year 2024 you only needed the ITIN for the Child Tax Credit.  For tax year 2025 you are required to have a Social Security number to be eligible for the Child Tax Credit.

It depends, there are a few possible reasons for this.  First, the tax law only allows you to deduct state taxes in the calendar year you actually paid them. So any Arizona estimated payments made in January 2026 cannot be deducted on your 2025 federal return.   Additionally, the federal state and local tax deduction cap is $40,000 for the 2025 tax year. If your total state taxes exceed this new $40,000 limit, Schedule A will not include everything, even if your worksheet shows higher totals.   This deduction also begins to phase out if your modified adjusted gross income is over $500,000 ($250,000 for married filing separately).

You will get this message because of the following reasons: Your Personal Identifying Information (for example, Primary filer name, DoB, SSN, etc.) you entered in your TurboTax return doesn't match what you entered in the identity check prompt. If you have an existing Credit Karma Money account before applying for the Refund Advance loan and received the error message while confirming your information, you need to make sure your TurboTax return and your Credit Karma money account information match (for example, primary filer name, date of birth, and Social Security number). If you need to update any of this information, here's how: Sign in to your Intuit account. To update your user ID, password, email address, or phone number, select Sign in & security. To update your name, date of birth, address, or occupation, select Profile.

To report correctly, put each account in Part V with its own maximum value, even if the same money is in more than one account.   Report the full total on Line 6, even if it seems high. E-file your return to keep your TurboTax guarantees and stay eligible for Audit Defense.  The IRS understands that aggregate maximums may double-count transfers. This is a common aspect of FATCA and FBAR reporting. As you mentioned, overriding the forms will invalidate any TurboTax guarantees, and this definitely isn't in your best interest.

The IRS uses your prior year AGI to combat fraud. Make sure you take into account the information below.   You can find your 2024 Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) by: Looking at line 11 on page 1 of your 2024 Form 1040 Requesting a transcript of your 2024 tax return from the IRS. You can request your transcript online at the following link: Get Transcript Please click on this TurboTax article for more information.    Check these items as well to ensure you have the correct number.  If you:  Filed late last year after mid-November or your return was processed after that time—try entering 0. Amended your return last year—make sure you’re using the AGI from your original return, not the amended one. (If you only have a 1040X form, it’s on line 1, column A). Rounded your AGI to the nearest dollar—be sure to round up when it’s 50 cents or more and down when it’s 49 cents or less. Filed with your spouse last year—you and your spouse have the same 2024 AGI. (Don’t split the AGI amount or enter  0  for one of you).   Time-saving Tip: If what you entered is correct and you continue to get a reject, you won't be able to e-file. There's probably a data mismatch at the government, or some other situation beyond your control that prevents your return from being e-filed. In this case, your only option would be to print and mail in your return.    This article will give you instruction on how to print and mail your return.
