Married filing jointly, we both did gig work (them; doordash, I; Amazon flex) Both used the same car, we have the mileage and everything but for deductions such as maintenance, tags & taxes, car payments, insurance, etc Do I need to split the expenses Ex. Let's say $1000 on maintenance, do I need to put $500 on my Schedule C and $500 on their Schedule C? Or do I put the full amount on both ex. $1000 on theirs, $1000 on mine. (These amounts are hypothetical)

I got a W-2 with my NJ address and they withheld Phila and Pa state tax. No NJ tax at all. My employer is wrong they never set me up correctly and filed the PA-419 Reciprocal agreement. So now I have to file my NJ return get a credit for Philly tax on the return and the pay the remaining liability. Then file a PA non resident return with zero earning (based on he reciprocal agreement) and get all PA tax withholdings back. This is crazy. Not to mention I need to buy an additional state product!

No, line 3 is gross income and you want net. No for line 24 since it is a total for all properties and before loss. If you only have one property, use line 26. Otherwise, you will need to take line 21 and subtract line 22 for the correct net income on one property.

"Surely there must be a simpler solution to this common situation."   Nope.  The arduous task of annualizing income is necessary.  Avoiding the need to annualize would have required increasing tax withholding or making estimated tax payments for the earlier tax quarters.

Upon Mom's death, responsibility to complete Mom's year-of-death RMD transferred to the beneficiary(s).  On Mom's tax return, only the amount that Mom actually took was required to be taken by Mom's.  When indicating to TurboTax the amount that Mom was required to take, don't include any portion that became the responsibility  of the beneficiary(s).
