I couldn't find the exact answer to the question and had difficulty filing the state tax in Turbotax, and wanted to reach out for any insights.    As a brief context: My wife lived in Oregon in 2025 (Oregon income) I lived in Washington in 2025 until we got married in October 2025.  I moved to Oregon in October (from WA income to OR income from October to December of 2025).    As I'm trying to file married filing jointly for OR state tax, we have different residency status (my wife being full year resident and I'm partial resident).  However in TurboTax, it only allows you to setup one state tax field and it seems like it's either full year or partial, instead of providing me an option to provide both. I feel like I'm missing something here, but wanted to see if I could get any help with this situation.

The comparison of the TurboTax editions here shows Commonly Filed Tax Forms and Schedules down the left side.  Schedule E or Form 4797 require the Premium version.   In TurboTax Premium Online, follow these directions for the sale/disposal of a rental property.    Down the left side of the screen, click on Federal. Down the left side of the screen, click on Wages & Income. Click to the right of Rentals, Royalties and Farm. Click to the right of Rental Properties and Royalties. At the screen Your rentals and royalties summary, click the pencil to the right of the property sold. At the screen Here's XXX rental property info, scroll down to Assets, click the pencil to the right. At the screen XXX depreciable assets, click Edit to the right of the rental property.  At the screen Tell Us More About This Rental Asset, select The items was sold, retired, stolen, destroyed, disposed of, converted to personal use.... Enter the date sold.  Continue. Continue through the screens about the disposal of the asset. You may find that there will be two sale entries, one for the rental structure and one for the land the structure sits on.  The rental property asset maintains a cost basis for the structure and a cost basis for the land beneath the structure.
I'm not finding it under deductions and credits like I'm supposed to.

The question about how you did your taxes last year appears at the very beginning of the process in TurboTax Desktop. Depending on the answer, TurboTax will provide a screen to select your prior year tax file to transfer information to the current year.    The question also appears in TurboTax Online. If you used TurboTax Online the prior year but don't see your information from last year, check to see whether you are using the same online account.   Use this account recovery tool if you need assistance getting to your previous account in TurboTax Online.   @Mikeg_acton

If the LLC is disregarded for tax purposes, meaning, if you're the only owner of the LLC and you report its income on your own Form 1040 personal tax return (and you don't have to file a separate Form 1065 partnership tax return), then you would just enter the 1099-DIV as if you had received it yourself. Navigation steps:   Personal > Personal Income > Interest and Dividends > Dividends on 1099-DIV

TurboTax Expert Services can prepare an amended return if the original return also used that service, in most cases at no additional cost if due to a preparer error. If the error relates to a return that wasn't prepared using Expert Services, amended returns are not included.   Expert Assist should be able to help determine if the prior year depreciation issues were due to an input error. Or you can post your questions here in the Community for more help.

I borrowed money to an individual in 11-2020 with agreement to pay back in 1 year. I tried to contact individual 11-2021 and number was not in service. I tried several times, number in service 1-2022. I left several messages, no return phone calls received. 2-2022, I found out individual passed away in February. His estate went into probate and over the course of several years, it was finally finalized in 2025 with the lawyers being paid first and the rest of the creditors getting paid the crumbs. Am I able to write off in 2025 the amount the was not paid back as a bad debt. I hold all the legal letters at this time. My last one was sent on December 17, 2025. Any help appreciated.

Other posts here indicate you can't install/use Windows 10 US with the desktop version of TT25.     Of course, it's nonsense as they are apparently allowing Canadian users to use Windows 10 with TT25.  Clearly there is no technical issue then.   You'll need to choose a different software and return/ask for a refund for your software.
Where do you file Summary of proceeds ,gains and losses, adjustments and withholding ?
