Yes. You are still considered married for US tax purposes, regardless of whether your wife and daughter are non US residents and live outside the United States.
According to IRS rules, if you were legally married on December 31 of the tax year, the IRS considers you married for that entire year, despite:
Your spouse’s immigration status.
Whether your spouse lives outside the US
Whether your spouse has a Social Security number.
The option that may best fit to you is Married Filing Separately (MFS). Meaning you file your own income only, without including your wife’s income. You won’t be able to claim your daughter as a dependent, though.
When TurboTax ask for your Marital Status: “Select Married Filing Separately.” Don't choose “Single” to avoid IRS issues later. You may be able to file electronically. Make sure to check the box indicating your spouse is a Nonresident alien. This doesn't work in all cases, and you might get some errors along the way asking for her Social. Disregard these errors until you reach the end. If it doesn't let you file electronically, you will need to mail your return.

Also, make sure you actually need to file a 1099. You don't unless your rental is a trade or business.

Where exactly is TurboTax overstating your wages? Do you mean that the amount in box 1 of your W-2 in TurboTax is $5,000 more than box 1 on the W-2 that you got from your employer? Or do you mean that Form 1040 line 1a is $5,000 more than the amount in box 1 of your W-2? Or is the error somewhere else? And is the error exactly $5,000?
Do you have only one W-2?

To check if you signed up for the TurboTax Refund Advance, you can look in a few specific places in your account or your email. Once you are approved, I don't think there is a step to accept it.
Check Your TurboTax Order Details
On the Tax Home page, scroll down to the section for "Your tax returns & documents."
Select View Order Details.
Look for "Refund Advance" or "Credit Karma Money" listed under your payment and refund methods.
If it’s not there, you likely selected a standard direct deposit or a different refund option.
Look for Confirmation Emails
If you applied, you should have received automated emails from TurboTax and its partners.
From TurboTax: Search for an email confirming your "Refund Selection."
From Credit Karma: If you were approved, Credit Karma sends an email when the funds are deposited into your Credit Karma Money Spend account.
From WebBank: If your application was denied, you will receive an email from WebBank (the lender) explaining the reason for the decline.
Check Your Credit Karma Money Account
Because the Refund Advance is deposited into a Credit Karma Money™ Spend account, checking that account is the fastest way to see if the loan was processed.
Log in to your Credit Karma account.
Navigate to the Money tab.
If you see a pending or completed deposit for a portion of your refund (typically between $250 and $4,000) shortly after the IRS accepted your return, that is your Refund Advance.
Review Your Tax Return Summary
You can also find clues on your actual tax forms:
Open your 2025 return in TurboTax
Go to the Tax Tools menu on the left
Select Print Center
View your Federal Information Worksheet
Look at the "Direct Deposit" section
If you signed up for the advance, the bank account listed will be the MVB Bank account associated with Credit Karma, rather than your personal bank account.

Income limitations: It phases out for taxpayers with modified adjusted gross income over $75,000 for single filers and $150,000 for joint filers.

Yes it is automatic depending on your age. It is not part of your Standard Deduction. The new Senior Deduction is separate and in addition to the Standard Deduction or your Itemized Deductions on 1040 line 12e. The 6,000/12,000 senior deduction will be calculated on 1040 Schedule 1-A page 2 Part V Enhanced Deduction for Seniors which goes to 1040 line 13b. Turbo Tax automatically includes it if you qualify. For Online version you can preview the 1040 https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/accessing/help/how-do-i-preview-my-turbotax-online-return-before-filing/00/26160 The maximum deduction is $6,000 for each person 65+. The phaseout is 6% of the amount by which MAGI exceeds $75,000 for single or $150,000 for married filing jointly (MFJ). The MAGI is normally the same as your AGI on 1040 line 11 but with some Foreign items from Form 2555 added back in. On a joint return the phaseout is calculated separately for each person, so the 6% phases out for each spouse. You can not get it if you file MFS Married filing Separate.
