Paid in just over 5.3% to KS and when filing, the system says I owe KS another 4.6%. Just wondering how to correct this as the system is supposed to enter all info itself.

TT's calculated amount for SPAB tax exempt interest in Form 2651, line 2g, is incorrect. TT does not use bond-specific bond premium and accrued interest information I have input off the 1099. TT appears to allocate bond premium amortization and accrued interest based on total tax exempt interest on SPAB vs non-SPAB tax exempt bonds. The necessary information on SPAB premiums and accrued interest for each bond is readily available in the 1099-INT, so it is unclear why it is not used. This results in an incorrect amount in line 2g. I break the 1099-INT received from the broker into three parts to input into TT: 1) taxable interest (line1) and bond premium (line 11) and then accrued interest on taxable bonds when prompted by TT, 2) non-SPAB tax exempt interest (line 8 minus line 9) and non-SPAB portion of bond premium (line 13) and then accrued interest on non-SPAB bonds, and 3) SPAB interest (line 9) and SPAB portion of bond premium (line 13) and then accrued interest on SPAB bonds. How do I get TT to use the specific premium and accrued interest data for line 2g rather than its allocation method? Any tricks in how to input the 1099 data or to turn off allocation? If not, is there a way to override the incorrect TT amount in line 2g and directly fill line 2g myself?

Following up here again to see what the next steps are to get this issue resolved so that I can e-file my return. I even deleted an asset from Schedule C that was new and had special depreciation in 2025, and re-entered the asset in Schedule C without any special depreciation, but that did not fix the problem in Schedule E with special depreciation selection at 100/50% for the rental Residence. There is no special depreciation taken anywhere in the 2025 return.

I went into TT and answered Yes to "Do all of the following apply to the property you sold?" as you recommended. However, because the trade in results in a loss based on the business % calculations, TT then says it did not sell for a profit and deletes the sale information. This puts me back to where I started which is to answer No to this question and enter all the same information which results in a small loss on Form 4797. The last clarification I need is if I put the vehicle into service 2 years after purchasing the vehicle (100% personal use for 2 years, then partial time business use in years 3+ and only ever claimed the Standard Mileage Rate, what do I use for Cost Basis, the original purchase price or an estimated FMV at time the car was placed into service? If the answer is I need to use FMV, I have records of what that value would have been at the time. While this subject is addressed under the Rental Properties and Royalties section of TT, it is not addressed under the Sale of Business Property of TT. Thank you @DianeW777

You only have to enter form 1095-A if you have a Marketplace health policy.
If you have Medicare (and no Marketplace policy) then there is no form 1095-A to add to your tax return.

In Turbo-Tax Business, Form CT-1065 is having similar problems to last year - where it's not populating the CT K-1s with the partnership income from the Federal K-1s. So I can't file my CT business income taxes. Is this issue going to be resolved this year? The workaround I used last year, clicking "not applicable" for the Pass-Through Entity Tax Election is not working as Turbo Tax flags this as an error and won't let me file the return.
