You can ignore the messages. If you know that you filed your tax return and the IRS and state accepted your returns, you are fine and do not need to stress over something you are seeing on the CK website. CK is not sending anything to the IRS.

You can file a conventional paper return that includes IRS Form 4852 if you haven't been able to get a W-2 from your employer. A tax return that includes a Form 4852 can't be e-filed because of IRS regulations.
Follow these instructions to prepare Form 4852:
Open or continue your return.
Navigate to the W-2 section as follows:
Click on the search icon in the upper right of your TurboTax screen.
Type "W-2" in the search bar and hit enter
Click on the link "Jump to W-2"
Fill out your W-2 using the information from your last pay stub.
Answer any questions until you get to "Let's check for uncommon situations".
Check the box next to "Didn't get a W-2" and select "Continue".
On the screen that says "Let's check if you need a substitute W-2" select "Yes" then "Continue".
Answer all of the follow-up questions.
. Select Print to download and print your IRS Form 4852.
Your TurboTax screens will look something like this:

It may be easier for you to start with the schedule C and add the 1099-MISC. A 1099-MISC does not automatically generate self-employment income. It can also be used to report other types of income which are not subject to self-employment tax.
If you scroll down in the wages and income section of your federal return until you reach 'Business Items' the first line is 'Business Income and Expenses'. Click start next to that and as you go through the information there it will ask if you have a 1099-MISC. You will say yes and it will add it to the schedule C and then allow you to enter any expenses.

I had 16 errors that when I was sent back to correct them they weren't errors. I had to uncheck and check them again to clear the program's error. Why is this happening? I can't believe that Home and Business is clumsier than it used to be but I was in a hurry and didn't want to take a chance on learning a different program. It seems like the old Deluxe and Premier were better than than this version of H&B.

Not sure what you mean by your AGI for Social Security. If Social Security was your only income, you are not required to file a tax return unless you have a 1095A for marketplace health insurance. If line 11 of your Form 1040 is blank, then if you want to e-file, you need to enter $1 of interest ---this is a trick allowed by the IRS if you need to file a "0" AGI return.
Or...did you mean something else? Please explain.

You have two options. As you walk through the steps of entering the refinance, you will be given the option to let TurboTax calculate it or you can calculate it.
Answer yes to is this a HELOC or refinance
Say yes, it was used for things other than paying off your existing loan
Say No, I used some or all of this loan on a different home or something other than a home
Then select either help me figure this out or I'll enter it myself
If you choose help me figure it out, then you will just enter the amount you took out for the taxes and anything else and your balance on the loan as of 12/31/24.

Thank you for the token. We have reviewed your business return and found that no UBIA was allocated to the partners on Statement A. The allocated UBIA will need to be manually entered on Statement A for each partner. You'll need to calculate the allocation yourself before making those entries. The Ordinary Business Income on Statements A also needs to be updated to match the special allocations entered on the Schedule K-1 Worksheet. Also note that the Partners' Liabilities Smart Worksheet on Form 1065 p5-6 needs to be allocated to the appropriate partners. This will resolve the form error on the Schedule K Reconciliation worksheet. @bquosigk

It depends. Is your LLC small business reported on IRS Schedule C Profit and Loss From Business on your Federal 1040 income tax return? Or from something else? Please clarify.

How long ago was your e-file accepted? Give the IRS a chance to process your return before you expect instant results if you just e-filed on 4-15. And there could be a lag before it posts to your bank or credit card account. Watch your bank account or credit card account, and also your online account with the IRS.

Thanks for your answer. No, i didn't amend via Sprintax. I did through Turbotax, as the Turbotax agent herself told me so. This is so disappointing. I didn't have any information and i feel now like being misguided. The agent should've told me not to amend with TurboTax. I have clarified to her whether the apps will make a report for 1040-NR, and she said repeatedly that TurboTax will decide whether it's 1040 or 1040-NR. I spent money for nothing.
