Hi...
We moved out of NJ on June 29, 2025 to WA.
Q1: Do I need to file year 2025 Part-Year NJ 1040? What is the rule?
Q2: Do I report all the income earned ONLY from NJ on this 2025 Part-Year NJ tax return?
Thank you!

You will need to file a part-year NJ tax return for the time you lived/worked in NJ. WA has no state income tax so there will not be a WA return.
