No, not for tax year 2025. Charitable donations are entered as itemized deductions only.
For tax year 2026, that is filed in 2027, a charitable donation can be made even if you do not itemize.
The "non-itemized" deduction for charity begins with your 2026 tax return----next year--- not for your 2025 tax return. For 2026 you can get a deduction for $1000 if filing single or $2000 on a joint return even if you use standard deduction.
For tax year 2025, you must still itemize in order to claim charitable contributions on your tax return.
