I studied abroad during the fall semester of 2019 and paid the tuition directly to the university in Barcelona. I also received a scholarship for specifically studying abroad from my home university. Both the tuition and the scholarship weren't included in my 1098-T form.
From my understanding, I can't report the tuition I paid in Barcelona because it's not an accredited institution (correct me if I'm wrong). However, do I report the scholarship?

Since the Education Credit is to help you with 'out of pocket' expenses, if your Scholarship covered your Tuition, you wouldn't qualify for a credit anyway, so no need to enter anything.
If you did have Education Expenses not covered by your Scholarship, click this link to see if your school is listed on the Federal School Code Search. (Choose Foreign Country as State).
If so, you can enter Tuition Paid without a 1098-T; just indicate that you did not receive one and you 'qualify for an exception'.
