Since New Hampshire does not have a state income tax, you will need to download and send the form directly to the NH Dept of Revenue to receive the credit.
Here is a link to download the form. Mail your completed Education Tax Credit Application (Form ED-02) to the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration at: NHDRA Education Tax Credit P.O. Box 637 Concord, NH 03302-0637. There is also an instruction on page two of this form on how to file online.

Actually, NH does have a state income tax, but just on dividends and interest. However, TT does not appear to support Form ED-02.
Folks: Thanks for replies. My confusion came from the removal of the ED-03 Deduction from the NH EasyStep.
The deduction is still there, but you have to switch to forms view and type it in directly.
Also, it is changed from 2019 at 85% of donation, to 2020 at 100%.
It would be helpful if ED-03 were returned to EasyStep for NH.
I was familiar with the form submission process from last year. You contact the ed charity, submit a form, they clear it with the tax man. Once the approval comes through you get 30 days to fulfill the donation. The final confirmation comes from the ed charity. None of this changed.
