Folks: Thanks for replies. My confusion came from the removal of the ED-03 Deduction from the NH EasyStep.
The deduction is still there, but you have to switch to forms view and type it in directly.
Also, it is changed from 2019 at 85% of donation, to 2020 at 100%.
It would be helpful if ED-03 were returned to EasyStep for NH.
I was familiar with the form submission process from last year. You contact the ed charity, submit a form, they clear it with the tax man. Once the approval comes through you get 30 days to fulfill the donation. The final confirmation comes from the ed charity. None of this changed.
